Boot issues
I have a Inspiron 15 3000 series. I’ve been having boot issues for a while now. Laptop doesn’t boot properly I do what it takes to make it boot. Sometimes it works fine for 3 or 4 days. Then it fails aguín. Now after I made it work and I restart it, it just takes for ever and I have to do it all over again. So frustrating. I’ve never expected something like this for a Dell product. Please help.

The Dell diagnostics is the place to start - F12 at powerup. Is the system failing to power up and load the OS (i.e., hangs before the system starts loading Windows) or is it that the Windows load starts but hangs up?

Sorry for the delay to asnwer but was struggling with windows. Windows does not start. I had to restore laptop to factoy settings, several times, but now, I have a screen with 2 win10 start options to chose from, recovery partitions are there but empty. Can not use them to create a recovery image or anything. Had to go to the web to get some of Dell apps to complete whats needed.
