Brand new G15 5530, CPU high temp even though low CPU usage

Hi, Recently I bought a G15 5530. Installed latest drivers from dell website and Installed my programs games etc.. The problem starts here;

I played Forza Horizon 5 today and realized my computer is way too hot, so I decided to install a program to see what is my temps and usages in game. My CPU usage is between 20-50% and my CPU temp is always 99C-100C sometimes its 96C. I mean I do think this is way too hot. Is there any suggestions or ideas to fix? 

Hereis a screenshot from in-game. Also I am really happy about my fps and game experience. I just don't really happy about CPU temperature.
