I have the same problem on 3 different Dell Latitude laptops. Camera disappears even during video call, sometimes helps to uninstall USB 3.0 host controller. This solution only works until the next computer restart.
Have the exact same issue since the latest Win10 update : 10.0.19041 Build 19041 - Genuine Win 10 Pro - Alienware 14
No Camera or Imaging Device in Device Manager When adding legacy driver I encounter the same screenshot
No information or drivers from Dell to reset camera drivers ... this is problematic under COVID-19 restrictions and the full extent of visio-conferencing !!! ...
