Chipset drivers

I want to down load chipset for my Dell Inspiron N5110. When I entered the service tag number it says it's expired.

What can I do and where can I download the drivers. I installed windows 7 professional and couldn't USB port or connect to down load the drivers because network controller drivers, USB controler drivers, sm bus controler drivers and PCI simple communication controler drivers are missing.

Can anyone help?
