Complete replacement

Hey there I purchased my laptop on the April of 2023. The laptop since then have deteriorated a lot. I'll list down the problems related to the laptop.

Computer Issues Report:

Keyboard:

Slow typing response; it takes many presses of the keyboard for it to start responding.

The keyboard lags when left idle for around 10 seconds. I have to press the keyboard multiple times before it can respond again.
Double typing issue: sometimes a key press registers twice, making me type the same letter twice.

Monitor:

There is a single vertical purple line on the right side of the monitor.

Possible Graphics Card Issue:

The laptop keeps crashing in many games and 3D applications, including Cyberpunk 2077, Baldur's Gate 3, and even older games like Skyrim. The laptop crashes multiple times when using Unreal Engine 5, sometimes up to 3 times in an hour, making game development a frustrating experience. The crashing seems random; sometimes I can go for a long time without issues, and other times it crashes after just 15 minutes. The severity of the crashing varies too, sometimes it will just exit the Unreal engine, sometimes it would shut the laptop down completely, forcing a restart.

Reinstalling the latest driver did not resolve the problem. The laptop was not overheating during these crashes.

I tried limiting the fps which also didn't work.

Audio:

The laptop is unable to use the microphone on my headphones. I have tested the same headphones on other devices, and the microphone works fine. Updating the driver did not help.

Charger:

- It seems the charger was also the wrong size, the charger only fit half way, and it dangles awkwardly on the charging port.

Can I request a complete replacement?
