Computer won't start up, Staticy screen
My computer won't start up, and when it does partially, the screen will act normal then static will go across it. When it does not start up, it sounds as if it is a car that cannot start.

Hard to troubleshoot without any other information, you might need to take it to a tech repair close to you.
When you start you laptop you can press f12 to load the boot menu, there are Dell tests there that might be able to help with you issue, but again, not much information and from what I could understand it might be an hardware issue
