Consistent Touchpad problem

My device, which is an almost brand-new laptop, has this touchpad problem. I never use my touchpad if I use my mouse, which is 99% of the time. Anyway, I have been experiencing the touchpad problem since the day first day of purchase. Since I was a last-year Ph.D. student and writing my thesis, I did not have time to pay attention to the problem. Once I did all the diagnostic tests and get support from the service, I was told that the part needs to be replaced. I was relieved that the problem would be fixed soon. The touchpad was replaced and It was fine after they replaced it As I mentioned before, I barely use it.  Once I forgot my mouse and I needed to use the touchpad again, the problem was there again. Again, I contacted customer service and they did all the diagnostic tests again. The part needs to be replaced again. Once I look up the issue, I realized that I am not the only one having this problem. Anyway, the second time they replace my touchpad, I was told that they will do something different this time. Last week, while I had to practice/edit my talk during the flight I realized again the touchpad is not working properly again! I was so sad and could not do anything that day. Today, I was trying to explain my situation and customer service told me that I need to pay for the service, part and I need to send my laptop! This is insane. I was told that this problem was solved last time and hopefully I will not have the same problem again! Is it fair to ask me to pay for a service that has not worked twice? Why would I do that?  I would like a permanent solution to my problem!  FYI, the second installation was done on 10/10/2022!

Please try this steps:

1) Testing the Touchpad inside BIOS

a) Restart your computer and when Dell logo appears, tap the F2 key repeatedly

b) Once inside BIOS, move the pointer or click the buttons to test the touchpad.

If the touchpad is not responding inside the BIOS > Possible solution: Replace the touchpad.

If the touchpad is responding, proceed to the next steps.

2) Ensuring the Touchpad is Enabled on Your Computer

a) Go to Start > Settings > Touchpad and turn 'Touchpad' ON. The switch turns blue when it is ON

b) If the Touchpad is already ON, switch it OFF and then switch it back ON again

c) Ensure the box is checked next to 'Leave touchpad on when mouse is connected.

I know what the problem is! That touchpad installed in this model is not broken properly! It needs to be replaced or properly repaired! My problem is that I got two services and each time they replaced mine. Now it is broken again! Now they are asking me to pay for the service and part! How can I trust and pay the service! It is insane!
