Thank you, but I know it won't go anywhere or it will cost me.

I have messaged DELL after finding nothing. They continue to send me the same message on how to detect a problem. Again, the diagnostic tests show no reason why it freezes and is slow AF. I will never buy another DELL from H*LL

You may try the following step to isolate the issue.

Restart the system, as soon as you see the Dell splash screen; keep tapping the 'F2' key multiple times (once every two seconds) which will take you to the 'BIOS' screen. Leave the system ON in the same screen for couple of hours and check if it shuts down.

If it doesn't shut down, updating the BIOS, Notebook System Software, Chipset and Video driver should fix the issue. The following links will help you download the necessary drivers.

Link for BIOS: http://dell.to/VAY124

Please connect the Ac Adapter while updating the BIOS and do not use the system once the update is initiated and until the system restarts completely.

Link for Notebook software: http://dell.to/QRg9la

Link for Chipset driver: http://dell.to/OZnWLP

Link for Video driver: http://dell.to/RTfLaw

Once you open the above link, you will see a list of drivers available. Select the driver for the video card model of the system and install the application.

The drivers have to be installed in the same order as mentioned above and please restart the system after every driver installation.

I hope this helps
