Corrupt Firmware
I've tried getting through to Dell chat on WhatsApp and they haven't replied in three hours, so I'm hoping this forum can help me.
My Inspiron 1500 laptop that I bought in late 2020 hasn't been turning on from sleep mode properly for a week or so and we got a BiOs failure message which took us to the BiOs menu. Going through that took us to the screen below and it's been stuck on it for about six hours at 13%.

Are you sure about that model number? The 1500 series are at least 15 years old so I assume that you mistyped it.
