Good evening,i am using inspiron N4050, Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2410M CPU @ 2.30GHz 2.30 GHz. is it possible to upgrade the CPU to i7?

Yes, but only to the second-generation mobile i7 CPUs. (i.e., 27xx CPUs).
