First of all the wipe data function would be used if you are planning of disposing the hard drive or SSD. A simple quick format would be fine if you are keeping the drive and simply want to clean install Windows on the drive. Are you able to boot properly from the USB (I am assuming you are booting from the USB though you stated removable disk) when you want to install Windows?

I can not boot from usb thats why i decided to do wipe data
