Data wipe stuck - no bootable decices !!!

Question

I have dell inpiron 7577  i have 2 partitions only one is for hard drive the other is SSD -my os is on ssd-  suddenly hdd partition disappeared i didnt know  the reason of this but i tried to do my work till i fix that error , i tried many solutions from google not worked , after couple of days when i power up my laptop after dell logo it says no bootable devices i tried both modes UEFI and LEGACY i tried to run the built-in tests for my hardware  i passed all the tests  i even did the long test that took 2 or 3 hours and no proplems detected about hardware i thought it is OS  proplem so i decided to use wipe data function to delete everything  and install new OS but it's been 20 hours now the removing of my data didnt complete till now it just  says ' starting to erase internal sata devices' and the blue bar increases and  when it reachs to.the end it starts again i tried to install windows 10 from bios from my removable disk and it also keep saying no bootable devices  what is the proplem here and what can i do

First of all the wipe data function would be used if you are planning of disposing the hard drive or SSD. A simple quick format would be fine if you are keeping the drive and simply want to clean install Windows on the drive. Are you able to boot properly from the USB (I am assuming you are booting from the USB though you stated removable disk) when you want to install Windows?

I can not boot from usb thats why i decided to do wipe data
