Deleted the bad comment?

After purchasing the laptop, dell sent an email to ask me to give comments about the experience. When I type a lot to share my purchasing experience and submit it, Dell said the comment is not allowed to post because it does not comply with the website guidelines. Which mean only good comments are allowed on web?
