DELL 5491 i5 2in1 docking station
I'm trying to find out what docking station would be best for my Inspiron 5491 i5 2-in-1.
I am using it mostly as my desktop setup. Also limited travelling usage.

The system has only a USB 3.2/C port, not Thunderbolt so as long as you're not trying to connect high resolution monitors it should work fine for that. Two 4K monitors -- no way, and you wouldn't be pleased with the performance even if that were possible through one USB 3.2 port.
It's still not clear what you need in terms of the number of ports, but a Dell WD19S or WD19 dock should do the job.

What do you need to connect to the docking station? Monitor? And what resolution?

@ejn63 2 x monitors not gaming, graphics and GIS as well as other peripherals.

I'm currently using mokin dual monitor hub, and it's quite convenient, you can consider it.
