Dell D6000 USB keyboard problem #2
Hi, I have the same issue here, and as stated by other user, the issues only appears when the docking station is connected via USB C to my computer. If I connect it via USB A my keyboard/mouse work perfectly via the hub
Update : after a few hours, it seems that even with the USB A port the keyboard doesn't seem to work. I have the wireless desktop 900 from Microsoft, so I only have one USB receiver for both keyboard and mouse, but the mouse seems to work perfectly.
So either USB A or C the display works perfectly, the mouse too, it's just the keyboard that has some lag and/or doesn't work from time to time.
I checked on march 17 2020, all the software needed was up to date on my laptop

@djossouj Check your dock hub firmware is up-to-date. Latest version (A03) is available here:

I've got someone who's having the same issue and funny enough its also a Microsoft Keyboard.
Laptop: Dell 7410
Dock: D6000
Tried over USB C and A, updating all drivers/firmware/BIOS and even replacing the keyboard but the issue doesn't go away. any one got anymore suggestions?
I'll be replacing the dock soon as a last resort so will let you know if that fixes it

I'm having the same issues on two Dell laptops. All drivers and firmware is up-to-date. It used to work fine. I don't know what changed other than Windows Update?
