Yes, Dell update and support old version model so slow. 

But i think problem is Hardware issues are incompatible with new drivers It takes a long time to update all the machines.

I until now use Dell N5110 and Dell N5520 with Windows 7 and Windows 8.1. SSD 860 evo.
