Dell G15 5511 Display / Graphic Cards issue

This is a recent issue I've noticed while watching Twitch. 80% of my screen freezes, the rest is a projection of what is actually on screen, but with lines. I can see my mouse on the top of the screen. I thought this not be a display issue, since the display works sometimes. I tried updating both of my graphics drivers, but this did not change anything. I ran an advanced diagnostic, with no fault found. Plugging an external monitor to my laptop fixes this issue, but it's pretty annoying to always use a display with a laptop.
