I got a Dell G15 5511 last week, i done all updates, but my fan is so annoying. Everytime im in browser or in folders it keeps going and stoping and going...I tried to keep them quiet with alienware command and set everything on 0 but it does nothing.

I just want to stay quiet the laptop while im not gaming, how can i change that?

I'm assuming you downloaded / installed latest drivers, firmware and applications from your Dell Product Support page.

Drivers & Downloads

I am also assuming your computer have the latest updates from Microsoft.

Get the latest Windows update - Microsoft Support

If you haven't done this step yet, power off the computer, remove ac adapter, all peripherals, wait about 5 minutes. Replace adapter, power on computer, hopefully computer and fans run normally now.

There are three troubleshooting steps that I would suggest.
Please follow the steps mentioned bellow.

1. Cleaning the Vents:
-- Check the vents on the computer to see if they are covered with dust and not allowing heat and air to pass through.
-- Turn off the System.
-- Unplug the AC Adapter.
-- Remove the Battery, for instructions on how to remove the battery see the Service Manual.
-- Use Compressed Air to blow the dust out of the vents.

2. Update the BIOS:
An out of date BIOS can cause heat issues by having an outdated temperature table for the system.
Visit the Dell Drivers and Downloads website and input your Service Tag to get updates specific to your computer.
If you need assistance in downloading and updating the BIOS,
http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/19/DriversHome/NeedProductSelection?
-- Enter the service tag of the computer and choose the Operating System.

3. Hardware Diagnostics Check:
-- Shut down the computer.
-- Disconnect all the peripherals from the computer. (If it is a desktop, only the monitor, keyboard, mouse and the power cable should be connected. In case it is a laptop only the ac adaptor).
-- Restart the computer and keep tapping F12.
-- It takes you to the One Time Boot Menu.
-- Select Diagnostics and press Enter.
If the test fails capture the error code and get back to us, I would let you know the next course of action.

I have found the "problem", its about the intel boost for the CPU from BIOS. If i turn off the boost, the CPU  wont get higher than 2,3ghz but stops the fan noise while browsing but i also lose performance on games. If i turn on the boost, goes to 4,3 ghz CPU but starts making noise...so i dont know how to mix these now

My issue with the fan was physical.  The fan would make rubbing noises during start up then seize spinning.  the fan was not obstructed by lint or anything.  after pulling off the back and bottom case, i was able reseat the fan, (inner blades) and confirm no obstructions.  Fan is working now.  I will put bottom cover back on, i am not sure if i will put the back cover back on though as i was not able to get fan working until i took off the back cover.  the back cover is the small plate that covers the plug area.  perhaps this is causing the rubbing issue and causing the fan blades to have seating issues.
