it doesnt go lowerrecently I tried to reinstall Alienware command center because the fan didn't stop after game shift off then after installing the Alienware command center the fan reduce the rpm to 48 and 47 and don't going lower and at the first day I buy this laptop fan speed going to 0 rpm after disabling the rpm what is the problem is it normal to fan speed 48?

thank you, bro the problem fixed it, is normal. after any games getting close the fan tries to cool gpu and cpu and because of that it take some minute to fan stop turning.

What is the BIOS version installed?
Does the battery drain if the system is in sleep mode?
Please turn off the computer, turn it back on again & put the system to sleep mode immediately, check if the issue persists.
Run a hardware diagnostic by following the video on this link just to make sure that there is no hardware issue.
