DELL G15 5520 - KERNEL SECURITY CHECK FAILURE
Dell G15 5520
My laptop came to BSoD when I started Genshin Impact on my laptop , and the error code shows KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE. But luckily it only happens when I start the genshin impact software.
Solutions that I've tried but didn't fix
- uninstall the genshin impact software and reinstall it.
- update driver to the latest version.
- run a diagnostic test and it says no problem
