Dell g15 5530
I had dell g 15 but after a month it stops working i have tried raised many quiries on dell but they all had zero benefits
My laptop get turn on it gets stuck on dell no matter how hard i tried it didn’t get fixed i think it should go trash but i suggest everyone never ever buy from dell they are most <profanity deleted> service provider i have ever deal with

Well you could try a little self help?
Run a hardware diagnostic and report the outcome(s).
Try booting from a USB with W11, or something better like Debian 13 or even Linux Mint to show/prove it is a likely OS fault/problem.
OR
NOT.
