Dell G3 3579 External GPU Setup

We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.

Your system must have a Thunderbolt port in order to use an external GPU -- and these were available with one as optional.  

If you have a Thunderbolt port, you will need to search to see which eGPUs have worked -- and bear in mind the biggest issue will be finding a GPU card to use (they're in short supply and prices are high at the moment).  You will also want an external monitor -- using one with the internal screen will dramatically reduce the performance of the external GPU.

Balance the drawbacks (or no-go) against the cost of buying a  desktop system that can run the GPU at full speed.
