Dell G3 3590 CPU issue
I have a Dell G3 3590 and I recently noticed that my CPU clock speeds go way down when I play games. Right now the only things I have open are google chrome and Alienware Command Center, and my CPU is at 4.00 GHz, temp is 192 F, Voltage is 1.20 V. As soon as I open a game, the CPU frequency goes down to around 2.0-2.5 GHz, temp will drop to around 150 F, Voltage will drop to around 0.9 V. I believe this is causing issues in performance while gaming. I have the "high performance" power plan activated, the thermal management is on "ultra performance", Gameshift mode does nothing to help, and I'm just at a loss for why this is happening, any ideas?
