Thanks for posting. Apologies that your system is not performing as expected.

This error message indicates that the computer can not find the hard drive.  If you've removed the operating system, or the hard drive has failed, then this error message would appear.

Please perform a  systems diagnostics, unhook any usb or cd's  then start the process by pressing F12 at startup, make a note of any error messages, then post back.

Start the computer & tap F2 to get into bios, press F9 to set bios to defaults & then F10 to save & exit.

I bought a Dell 3 15 laptop. The computer came on board as Ubuntu 16.04. I chose to use Linux Mint 19.1 and I deleted the SSD part and tried to install Linux Mint here. I couldn't load it at first. I am also having the same issue. Except mine says "Critical Error Message  No bootable devices found" and none of the fixes has worked.  When running the diagnostics it gives me an error about my battery,  And the video you posted in your reply says it is unavailable now.  I would appreciate any help you can give me.  Thank you!
