Hi asooft,

Thanks for posting. Apologies that your system is not performing as expected.

This error message indicates that the computer can not find the hard drive.  If you've removed the operating system, or the hard drive has failed, then this error message would appear.

Please perform a  systems diagnostics, unhook any usb or cd's  then start the process by pressing F12 at startup, make a note of any error messages, then post back.

Hello I am having same problem. I’ve checked the diagnostics and everything came back fine. I’ve tried to change the boot setting, to no success. I bought the G3 a month and a half ago and it just threw this out of nowhere. I am currently deployed to Iraq and I have no means of having access to a phone to call customer support. Need this fixed ASAP.

Losee,

Start the computer & tap F2 to get into bios, press F9 to set bios to defaults & then F10 to save & exit.

For my notes, click my username and send me the pc service tag number via private message.

I bought a Dell 3 15 laptop. The computer came on board as Ubuntu 16.04. I chose to use Linux Mint 19.1 and I deleted the SSD part and tried to install Linux Mint here. I couldn't load it at first. When I open the computer with Ubuntu or Linux Mint USB memory, I can see that the device with SSD in the system appears as /dev/nvme0n1. However, 1 TB HDD /dev/sda1 he appears. There's no abnormality in him. This time, I downloaded Ubuntu 16.04 Mate and uploaded it. However, the computer does not open with the system I installed. EKran contains no bootable devices found expression. Laptop service tag: . What can I do?

I am also having the same issue. Except mine says "Critical Error Message  No bootable devices found" and none of the fixes has worked.  When running the diagnostics it gives me an error about my battery,  And the video you posted in your reply says it is unavailable now.  I would appreciate any help you can give me.  Thank you!
