Dell g7 15 7590 Alienware Command Center (FX not working)
My AWCC's FX won't work and I can't also activate my keyboard RGB (F10) and see my thermals. Whenever I update the AWCC, this one keeps appearing. Please help.

I have a similar problem with Alienware Command Center, I can't use any of its functions, every time I turn it on it will show that the components are being updated, but when I try to turn it on for 2 days, it still shows that it is being updated, my network speed is 500M, which is abnormal, I can't adjust my fan and hardware functions, which makes me very angry

I'm also having the same problems after a supposed update. Now I can't use the AWCC. Any fix yet?

Mine's been doing the same thing since I bought it in March/April. Spent 6+ hours on the phone with Dell support and they even took logs of the failures to send in. I haven't ever heard back from them, and the software still won't work, even following the procedures that others have used to fix theirs. It's quite frustrating.

Any chance anyone could walk me through uninstalling and reinstalling?
