Dell G7 7700 Alienware Command Center Issue

• Hi, I'm having an issue with the newest update of the Alienware command center for the Dell G7 7700. Mine is a fully loaded model, Equipped with the I9-10885H, 32 Gigs of ram, Nvidia RTX 2070 Super, Etc. I've had overheating issues with this laptop since I received it but I finally figured out how I can modify my fans to run faster even at idle so it stays relativity cool. My issue is that this following update for the Alienware Command Center that supposedly adds the following:

Enhancements:
- Added an option to tune voltage offset feature in auto mode on systems running Intel processors.

• Doesn't exist anywhere in it. I don't know if I'm doing something incorrectly but I'd like to be able to actually use this laptop to game. The latest bios updates and whatnot have helped it's overall performance however, I still have these issues. What is a fix and or what can I do?
