1. Your ownership details (the name/address/phone of the registered owner),
2. A credit card (the call will not be free of charge).
Also note: you're not facing a master password but the hard drive password. Though Dell support can clear that from the system on verification as above, it will not clear the password from the drive. For that, you either need to send the drive off to a recovery service with the tools to do that job, or replace the drive. It will be far cheaper to do the latter, unless you must have the data back that's on the drive.

You'll have to contact Dell and have details on hand of your proof of ownership of the laptop.

Ich bin hier langsam, aber sicher am verzweifeln, mit meinem Dell Inspiron 15R.
Ich wollte meinem Laptop ein aktuelles Betriebssystem spendieren.
Die nächst zu bekommende Freeware, sogar bei, oder mit Chip.de gefunden.
Jetzt hab ich hier den Salat. :o(

Der Laptop wurde mir ja mal geschenkt.
