Dell Inspiron 15 5567 keyboard typing issue

My laptop keyboard is typing wrong characters.

For example.: when i type e letter, it types „eqwrpoiwruwrq43pwrpoiuqq“, when c, keyboard types  cxvz*, when d -

\97, Adsf, djkl;\97.......

I have changed my default language, updated keyboard drivers, reinstalled them and it still typing wrong e, d, c characters.

I have tried all guides on the internet and keyboard still doesn't work properly.
