Dell Keyboard Mapping
Hi All,
I am facing some issue with random keys -
Left Ctrl -> Ctrl + Up
Right Ctrl -> Ctrl + Shift + Num *
Right Shift -> Ctrl + Shift + Num *
I havent installed any softwares for key mapping. Also, i have tried resetting the keyboard preference, sticky key option. Lastly, i have tried reinstalling Windows 10 from scratch, but none of these helped.
Also, this is a new keyboard which was changed by dell official 6 months ago. The warranty period for the same was only 3 months.
Please advice.

We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.

What is the current OS installed on the system?
Check the keyboard layout and ensure it is set to English - http://bit.ly/1bAbmUd
Update the BIOS - http://dell.to/1U7TiXG - restart the system and check again.
