Hello. Please accept our apologies for the delay in response, we are experiencing high volume. There is a registry fix that we can attempt and see if that can solve the problem. Are you comfortable in performing the registry editing if we walk you through the steps?

I have done success install the Dell Mobile Connect in the Dell PC with the register edit like the step you provide.

Thank you for this.

But we have other issue when we are using the Dell Mobile Connect:

1/ When I try doing File transfer is showing mesage like below picture

2/ When we click install driver is showing error like below picture

3/ I attach the log insttaltion file in this link so you can check and help me to solve this:

4/ When I try doing "Mirroring", in the screen only show the circle rounding only. See elow picture.

Can you guide me how to fix this other issue please?
