There's no on-line method to check warranty the way there is with a computer with Service Tag. Mice and peripherals generally have a one-year warranty.

For Mouse/Keyboard bought with a Dell computer:
ClickGet Help Nowon the bottom right corner of this page.
Provideyour email when requested.
Next, providethe Service Tag of the computer with which you bought the keyboard and/or mouse.
Briefly explainthe issue with your mouse or keyboard.
Waitfor an agent to be assiged to you.
For an accessorybought separatelyor from a non-Dell retailer:
ClickGet Help Nowon the bottom right corner of this page.
Enteryour email when requested.
Next, providethe Order Number (found on the invoice for the keyboard or mouse).
Attacha copy of the invoice (image or PDF) to validate the purchase information.
Briefly explainthe issue with your mouse or keyboard.
Waitfor an agent to be assigned to you.
Note:Initially, you will be triaged by our Virtual Assistant (VA) or BOT. Shortly after, an agent will be assigned to your case to provide further assistance.
For people in India, looks like Dell-Cares/Social media team is not aware of the 3 years warranty & neither has Dell updated the warranty on their product pages (for MS116 wired mouse & KB216 wired keyboard).
But Phone Retail team is fully aware of it. Call up Dell tollfree - keep on pressing 0 to get connected to call routing/operator- ask them to transfer you to RETAIL TEAM (that handles seperately purchased mouse, keyboard & monitors).
