Dell not turning on
Inspiron 15 Gaming 5577
Hello. I am having an issue with my laptop. The laptop will not turn on. The only response I get is when I put my charger in the bactery light stays on for 3 to 5 seconds. What could be the cause I've hard reset the laptop following Dells instructions and tried several chargers but no luck. Thank you

When you press Fn+H to toggle the power and battery-status light do you receive any flash code???

Have you tried to hold down the "D" key and power-on??? "BIST"

Most likely a dead motherboard.
Try to force power button for 30 seconds with charger unplugged and than plug it back to power it on
Try the same step with battery disconnected
Try the same step with CMOS battery disconnected.
If none of the above works, call tech support for a new motherboard.

Thank you.
The laptop doesn't respond to any of them keys unfortunately. The light doesn't have a combination it just stays still for 5 seconds then nothing after that.
