Dell Power Manager

Hi

I have a new battery and a new power socket/port on my laptop.  Battery is charging fine, and the AC adapter works as well.

Yet Dell Power Manger shows the charge status as 100% available, plugged in, not charging.

Yet as you can see the battery is at 100% - so it must be!

Any ideas?  Also, the LED no longer lights up when charging - how do you get that working again?
