I have Dell G7 7500 (RTX 2060, 16 GB RAM), I clean install my windows 10 and updated it correctly but after installing everything from the dell support site(Drivers, BIOS, Application, etc) the Dell SupportAssist is showing unexpected error while running the drivers and update option same happing with the dell support site drivers and update option. Is it a server error or what?dell application

Well, it's not an installation fault, I reinstalled it again (4th time) but still was facing the same issue. But I just downgrade my BIOS and again upgraded it and it solved the issue. I think Dell G7 7500 BIOS has some technical issue because when the BIOS v1.16 had come due to the dell power manager application cant able to identify the battery and BIOS v1.17 solved it but cause some issues in the SupportAssist application, not only that I perform it 2 more times to confirm that and still got the same result(By re-installing the windows again). So technically this issue was caused due to BIOS and downgrading the BIOS solved that issue. And now the application is working completely fine.

Hi @Anirudh Singh it seems that SupportAssist installation has a fault, or is not the most recent version. Please download and install SupportAssist again.
SupportAssist for home PCs | Dell US
Never use SupportAssist to install updates over the internet. Never update BIOS version just because there is a new BIOS version update. Only install new BIOS version if it provides a feature you want. Please use System Restore before installing window updates, just in case you need to revert to earlier windows configuration. Please go to Dell G7 17 7700 Drivers & Downloads and download updates onto system's drive, verify the file's checksum value, and then install.
