Dell SupportAssist "No USB disk found"
So, recently, I got a Dell Inspiron 3277 AIO, which came with Windows 10 Home. I tried installing a different OS, however I wanted to go back to the default OS, so I downloaded Dell OS Recovery Tool and tried to flash Windows 10 Home to a USB. It booted into the USB and installed, however it was stuck on "Just a moment...", then 30 minutes later it went to a black screen, and I couldn't do anything. I tried that 3 times, as well. I then tried the other option, SupportAssist, and flashed SupportAssist to a USB Drive. It succeeded, so I went to "Restore System", and after going through all the warnings, I get greeted with "No USB disk found". I tried searching for this issue, but I couldn't find anything.
Is there any way I could fix this?

You probably hosed your restore partition on your hard drive with whatever you did when installing a different OS.
Bye bye Windows 10 Home.

Hi ScreamingBup,
Thanks for posting. Apologies that your system is not performing as expected.
You should still be able to reinstall the Original OS back on to the computer. If your ISO is corrupted, you should be able to get a copy from the Dell Digital Locker.
Here is information from the Dell knowledge base you may find helpful:
Factory reset, restore, or reinstall Microsoft Windows on a Dell computer
If you still require assistance and the system is under warranty, you may contact me privately. Be sure to include your personal information (name, address, telephone, email) and your computer's service tag number in your message. Thanks.
If there is no warranty, then you could contact our Out of Warranty team to get a quote for a paid service request.

I used the Recovery tool yesterday to set up a USB drive for my system. I used a 16 GB drive and just placed it in the port. I chose to download the image (5.5 GB) and the download proceeded normally.
I then went to the next step of creating the USB drive. It proceeded quickly and shows 0 time left but the progress bar had not yet reached the end of the box. So I left it alone and it took another 5 to 8 minutes to complete and then showed the completion window.
I was pleased to see it had put the latest Win 10 image on the drive along with OEM components so it was just like a Win 10 recovery drive.
I did not try to restore my system but if you do that you need to select recovery from a drive or something similar, the Dell instructions walk you through that. It also mentions the current install will be removed and replaced. If you had modified the drive you are working on, it may have problems reconfiguring the drive. Perhaps, if that were to be the case, you could use Diskpart to clean the drive first.
