Dell update vs intel driver update

Dell drivers are optimized for Dell supplied hardware but you can certainly download from Intel and if you are not happy with the performance can always come back to Dell. I have used manufacturer's drivers many times such as NVidia, Intel, etc. and have never had a problem.

Any chance dell would release an optimized version 

@agorman1989​ The drivers that are available for download should already be optimized. If they are not the version that you require then try the Intel versions.
