Display Problem
Dears,
I have a dell inspiron 15 3000 series, with NVIDIA GEFORCE. The display turns off after showing the dell logo once we start the laptop, but the processor is still running. Then will have to force shut the computer, and then if I turn on it is normal. Is there any solution for this? Please advise.

Please list exact Dell model and version of windows; Ex: Dell Inspiron 15 3543 (3000series) windows 10
If you don't know, type msinfo32 onto the search box, stroll down to System Model in system information. You should see the exact model number, operation system should be listed in system information as well.
