No way to answer without the system model (Ispsiron 3501, 3511, etc.) and the screen resolution and type.
Non-touch, FHD or lower screens probably $50-75; double that for a touchscreen or higher than FHD resolution. If you're not changing it yourself, add whatever an hour's labor costs where you're located.
