You have 30 days from the date of shipment for a new system that was purchased direct from Dell. During that time you can request a refund or a replacement system.

Terms of sale here

Thanks

I bought this laptop from a store. Now 30 days would be counted from date of purchase or shipping? Since shipping is totally unrelated to end user sale and can be much older.

Also 30 days to log complaint for fault or when Dell declares it faulty.

In may case, i logged complaint on 8th day of purchase but Dell killed time and declared faulty on 31st day.

The return policy is that of the store in your case -- not Dell.  If they'll replace it, take that route.  If not, Dell will repair the system -- but in general only after three unsuccessful repairs will they consider a replacement system, and that replacement will be refurbished, not new.

The policy for purchases from Dell starts on the date the system ships.

I brought a dell inspirion3530 and it's overheat when i brought it ,but at that time i think it's normal heat but when i compare with my friends laptop then i know my laptop is over heating then i contact "techsupport" but call not conected then i had face some medical issue. After that i had 37days of purchase, call costmber care and i told them replace this item and prrovied me a new item but they are told its's not a manufacture default so we are not replace this item.

i'm verry worried on this product.
