Does Dell use PC-Doctor ?

I find posts from 2013 about it.  I also have it installed on my laptop 2018.

Good/Bad or ?

I believe that, at least for a while, that was the underlying technology for Dell SupportAssist.  It can be especially useful on a system that has ProSupport Plus where you get proactive parts dispatches, but even if you don't have that, it's certainly not a "bad" thing to have.  Whether you find it useful is up to you, of course, but SupportAssist is a small, non-intrusive application, so you can try it and then uninstall it if you decide you don't need/want it.

Thanks, since it seems to be integrated with support, I will leave it for now.
