Email to make a complaint

I bought a laptop from Dell in September and yesterday had an engineer attend to replace a part. The laptop is still faulty and I want a replacement and to make a complaint.

Tried calling customer support, but an automated message told me to find my topic online and the call cut off. I want to speak to someone!

If the repair has failed, contact technical support to arrange a second repair.

You won't get a replacement unless the system is under 30 days old or until three or more attempted repairs for the same issue have failed.
