Enabling Two Finger Scroll

My hard drive recently failed on my Dell Inspiron 15 3000 Series. I fixed it by replacing it with an old hard drive from my old Toshiba laptop. However, I cannot perform two finger scroll, so can someone help me?

Go to Settings > Devices > Touchpad.  See if two-finger scroll is listed there.  If not, click the "Additional settings" link in the upper-right corner of the Settings app, then click Dell Touchpad Settings in the window that appears and go to the Gestures section.  You should have a checkbox to enable that there.
