error 2000-0122

very peculiar problem with inspiron 5559. attach power cable with laptop but power not detected, after removing the battery but still not detected. run ePSA diagnostic got a remark charger not connected with error code 2000-0122. Then after searching over internet remove the ram from slot and then put it back still not charging.Check for dc power jack ..it is ok. remove the lcd connector from the motherboard and place it back...got the power..then assemble the body of the laptop..charging continue ...till full battery charge...used the laptop for 3 -4 hours ...battery drain then plugged the charger cable to the laptop..vot the same problem again...repeats the same process..got same result..till did same process 10 times..not got any permanent solution...then went to repair center...person diagnosed the motherboard..and replace the power IC /charging IC but still got same problem....Please help ...
