Error bios update Dell Inspiro 11 3147 (decompress failed!!!)

Question

Hello, when trying to update bios i get the following message:

"Insydeh20 secure flash error: decompress failed!!! Please press any key to reset system

I currently have bios version 3147A05 and I have tried to install all the versions (even the previous ones) up to 3147A12

I always receive the same error
Can someone think of how I can solve it?
My version of windows is 10 home

How close to full is your storage drive?

Thanks for your help. Currently have 360 gb free of 456 gb available. Do you think it is a hard disk problem?
