Error Code 2000-1046

Hi, my laptop has not been booting since yesterday. I ran the diagnostics option but I got confused halfway into it. I'd  appreciate id anyone could please provide support

Hi again. How do I know if I'm under warranty?

Your hard drive has failed.

If you are under warranty, report the 2000-0146 error plus the accompanying validation code to Dell support and they'll replace the drive.

If you're out of warranty and need a recommendation for a replacement drive, post the full model number of the system (i.e., Inspiron N5110, 5525, etc.) and someone can recommend a replacement drive to you.

Support.dell.com, enter service tag.  You can look up the warranty status there.

Olá, estou com o mesmo problema, ja sei que não estou mais na garantia, então poderia me dizer onde publico o numero do modelo ?
