Hi guys, just to give you a hands up on that. I am still not able to fix the error, but I found a solution. I have downloaded the SP1 pack from the Microsoft website and after that, I installed an Antivirus called 360 total security this antivirus downloaded and installed all packs that were missing on my computer, fantastically easy. Hope this can help someone out there.
Hi Adrian, I don't think I got Malware, as my laptop was working well. I just decided to format to get it clean up. My problem is my W7 version is from 2009. Too old I guess. My error still after doing your recommendation.
So, I tried to install the new IE, but choose to go with the new Microsoft Edge. To my surprise, I couldn't finish the installation, as the Edge starts showing me a message saying that was unable to connect to the internet. Ask me if I use a firewall to put them in my allowlist. Also, my Chrome start not entry in many sites, saying certificate problem.

There is some application blocking access to windows update site. Like Norton, or some other firewall.
Possible / very likely Fix
Go to the taskbar / services
Stop/disable any firewalls you may have installed example live update, live update network
Check for updates now
Still No
Go back to the taskbar and reset windows update
Still No
Check your internet Speed and connection to your pc and make sure its consistent.
If the step above didn't work You may have Malware in your computer.
Start/Enable your Firewalls !!!!!

Welcome to the Dell Community @Dell083
Installing W7 is no problem!!!
Getting it setup enough to do updates is a problem!!!
What version Internet Explorer do you have installed???
Best regards,

@Dell083
It has been a while since I installed W7.
But if I remember correctly, Windows 7 update uses IE not Google.
And it was a struggle to find versions online to upgrade it to the point that it would do updates.

Hi U2, how are you today?
So, I tried to install the new IE, but choose to go with the new Microsoft Edge. To my surprise, I couldn't finish the installation, as the Edge starts showing me a message saying that was unable to connect to the internet. Ask me if I use a firewall to put them in my allowlist.
