F12 brightness key sometimes not working
Good day,
the last few days I have a keyboard problem on the Dell G5 15 5587.
The F12 brightness up key sometimes works and sometimes does not. All other keys work.
Don't know what it can be?
(fn key will not fix this)

1. After left-clicking the mouse in the gap of the desktop, press ctrl + X key and it will come out to adjust the brightness.
2. Reinstall the system and try again if F12 works
3. If it doesn't work, consider replacing with a new keyboard
