Facial Recognition - Camera not compatible

Hi,

I just setup a Dell Inspiron 15 5510 laptop.  When I open the Sign-in options in the Setting app and the Facial Recognition (Hello Face) option, a message is displayed stating that "We couldn't find a compatible camera".  How do I determine if this is a fixable problem or if the camera does not have the appropriate sensor that would allow for it to be used for facial recognition?  I reviewed the laptop's specification details in the order summary, but it does not list the camera details.

BTW - this folder does not exist on the laptop: C:\Windows\System32\WinBioPlugIns\FaceDriver

Any help would be appreciated.
