Factory Reset (Recovery)

Hi, I am doing factory reset of my laptop. All was going well even the reset was done 100%, but after that I need to fill out some information like my name, Microsoft login, wifi connection, etc. Now while doing this I came up to "Support and Protection" page (refer the screenshot), here the "Next" is grayed out so I cannot move to the next page nor I can go back. So, I need advice here as to what can be done!
