Factory Reset
I am trying to do a factory reset on my Dell Inspirion 2 in 1 and so I get to the point where it says fully clean or only remove my items and I want to fully clean it however after it started for a few minutes it comes back and says additional free space is needed on the drive where Windows is installed free up some space and try again I can't get into the computer anymore because I forgotten my password the lady about the computer for gave me all the information and I can't find where I wrote it down there buddy please help me

forgotten password = clean installation of Windows 10 required

@Rena74 NO you don't need password for RESETTING windows.
Even if you some how get the password, you will be wasting time Freeing space and looping back to same issue.
Instead of windows RESET Please use dell's recommended OS Recovery option.
Power on and repeatedly tap F12 to get in to One time boot menu.
to F12 > SupportAssist OS Recovery > RESET > RESET and update .
In case you don't have fast internet, instead of RESET and update you can choose RESET
When it prompts to backup, Skip the option.
