Failed to extract entry

I seem to get stuck in here. I am currently backing up my files from this tool, but everytime I click on "Extract" this error is showing up. I don't know what's the problem, I have already changed my hard drive on this laptop. Please help.

Please post the exact model of your system. And that image is so small that I cannot tell what the error is and what program you are using to backup files. If you want to backup files, image a drive, or clone a drive I suggest using Macrium Reflect Free. Very user friendly and an easy to understand GUI. That program is here.

I'm using an 15.6" Inspiron 5570 with 2TB HDD and 8th Gen Intel Core i7. HAHA.png

I already lost my old HDD because I issued an warranty so they did get my old one as it is already corrupted and not working. I used DELL SupportAssist File Restore to back it up and now it won't just let me restore my files because of this error.
